Joypurhat District have develop educational institutions

Joypurhat district is in northern Bangladesh. It is included to the Rajshahi division. On the north of this district are Dinajpur district, Naogaon district on the south, Bogra and Gaibandha district on the east, Bogra and Naogaon district and Indian region of west Bengal on the west. It has been turned into Bogra district in 1984. It has an area of 965.44 sq km. People of four religions live in this district for example Muslims, Hindu, Buddhists and Christians. Moreover ethnic nationals also live here such as Santal, Orao, Munda, Mahali, Koch, Pahan Buna, Ho, Mahato and Rajbangshi. Some places of this district are changed of language.

Almost of the people of this district are involved to agricultural activities. Seasonal crops are mainly based on its economy such as potato, onions and other agricultural products like banana, paddy, rice, wheat and many more. Besides, a huge amount of sugarcane also produces and it holds the countries largest sugar mill. This district is also famous for coal and cement. There are some rivers in this district for instance Little Jamuna, Tulsi Ganga and Haramati.

This district have many tourist spots for instance Joypurhat Child park, Remains of the palace of Raja Joygopal, the Garuda Pillar at Bhimer Panti and Dargah of Nimai Pir and so on. Thousands of tourists are visit from everywhere in the world. About all day tourists come here to look at this nice spot. Moreover, there are many cultural organizations in this district like Zilla Shilpokala Academy and Rabindro Songget. Mineral assets are the main resources in this district.
